一.Antiquenessmaintenance:

(1)Furnitureselection:ObservehowmildewedandrottenthefurnitureistoseeifitcanberepairedonthebasisoftheAncientnessmaintenance.
(2)Removal:Removeitafterwatchingitsstructure,whenremoved,theorderthatiscontrarytotheoriginalmakeupordershouldbeadopted.Thedamageoftheoriginallacquershouldbeloweredtotheleast.Thescrapercannotbeused.
(3)Replacementmaterial:Watchthefurniture’soriginaltexture,thedamagedegreeandpartstoseeifitreallyneedmaterialreplaced,ifso,thesametexture,colorandgrainareinneed.Generally,thelightcolorsarepreferred.
(4)Boardsjoint:Thejoinedboardshouldbemadeanangleof30degreeswiththesideboard.Thejointwithpastepowdershouldbeoperatedundercertainpressureandtemperature;theoperationmethodistocliptheboardsfor4-8hoursfirstly,thentakeoutandplaceitfor24-48hours.Therequirementafterjoinedistokeeptheboardsstraight;nogap;nopasteprint,nocrack.
(5)Testformake-up:Therequirementisthesameastherenovation.
(6)Assembly:Accordingtotheoriginalstructure,whenassembling,thetongue—groovestructureshouldbetight,theframeisflatandstraight,thesurfaceissmooth,nopasteprint.
Therequirementofthecabinetstyleis:
1,tokeepthegapbetweenthedooranddoor,thedoorandtheframehomogeneous,generallywithin5mm.
2,tokeepiteasytoopenandclosethedrawer;thegaparounditiswithin3mm;theverticalstaysandbracketarmsshouldbeaddedinthebackorthebottomtokeepthefurnitureinalonguse.
Therequirementofthechairstyleistojointhetongue—groovestructurewell,accordingtothedamagedegree.
Therequirementofthetablestyleistokeepthejointoftherimandthecaptight;thebracketarmshouldbeusedinit.
二.Barkmaintenance:
Itmeans:Onthebasisofkeepingtheoldfurniture’scolorhueandtextureeffect,somesimpleoperationcouldbemadeafterthelacqueristakenfromthefurnituretothepartsthetextureshowed.Afterpainted,itstillbelongstotheclassicalfurniture.

1:Removal:Removecarefullyafterobservingthestructure,andthentakeefforttokeepthefurniture’sstructurecomplete.
2:Materialselection:Thesamewoodfromtheotherantiquefurnitureisinneed.Butsometimesitishardtofindinspecialcondition,Inthiscase,similargrain,texturewillbeinuse.
3:Replacementparts:Accordingtotheprocessingrequirementandtheweightbearingonthedifferentpartsofthefurniture,thepropermaterialshouldbeselected.Therequirementisnocrack,noscar,andnorottenplace
4:Polish:Thefurniturelacquersurfacecanbepolisheddirectly:Thesurfaceofthethicktungoillacquerfurnitureneedbepolishedafteritismeltedbytheblowlamp;thethinlacquersurfacecanbetransferredtothepolishingworkshoptoscarpwithscarper.
Thepolishrequirementis:1)Everypartshouldbepolishedtobewhite,evenonecornercannotbeforgotten;2)Nooldpaintprint,nooilspayonthesurface;3)Thesamecolorhue.
5:Boardsjoint:1)Cleartheborderofthecompleteboardwithsteelbrush;2)Smearpasteonit;3)Jointhem.
Thecurvedboardneedbestraightenedfirstly,thenbrushwateraroundit,andbaketheraisedsidebyfire;Afterbakeddrybyfirecompletely,itshouldbeputontheadjustingstraightshelfwiththeconcavedsidedown,oneendisfixed,theotherendwaspressedbyawoodenstick.Afterawhile,itwillbestraight.(Don’tbaketheboarduntilitisburnt,orpresstoostronglyoritwillbreak)thejoinedboardneedstobeclippedtofastenfor4-8hoursinthenormalatmospherictemperaturecondition.
6:Testformakeup:Allpartsshouldbetriedtomakeupafterrestoration.Inordertoavoidtheadditionofthenewmaterial,shorteningtheframesizeaccordingtothesizesofthedoorandthesideboardispermitted.Therequirementistokeeptheoriginalpartsandtheframestightandinorder.
7:Assembly:Accordingtotheoriginalstructure,thetongue-groovestructureshouldbetight;Thediagonaloftheframefurnitureshouldbesymmetrical;Specialpastepowdershouldbeused;Butnopastepowdershouldbeusedonthewholefurniture’ssurfaceafterassembling.
