SOMERSET, NJ – AUGUST 20 & 21, 2005 - Flamingo Promotions is proud to present the popular New Jersey Antiques Show + Antiquarian Book & Ephemera Fair! Back with a new name and format after a one-year break, this highly anticipated show was the mainstay of New Jersey summer antiques events! Being held in its traditional venue of the Garden State Exhibit Center, Somerset, NJ on its traditional dates of Saturday & Sunday, August 20 & 21, many familiar exhibitors will be returning along with a wealth of new faces and merchandise!

This is an encompassing general antiques show presenting fine antiques, home furnishings, vintage decoratives, garden accessories & architecturals, memorabilia, collectibles, and vintage clothing with a complete Antiquarian Book & Ephemera Fair set in the center of the show. One affordable admission price will gain customers entry to both.

Featured exhibitors include: Richard & Linda Ronalter of Torrington, CT offering oyster plates, Staffordshire & majolica; John Ritzert of Mars, PA offering 19th & early 20th century furniture, accessories & art; James Senkewicz of Jackson, NJ offering children’s books, civil war texts & engravings; Carolyn Bishop of Dover, NJ offering vintage jewelry; Kathy Tarr of Wenham, MA offering teacups, Shelly & fine English china; Judith Taranto of Hillsborough, NJ offering period furniture, glassware & lighting; Nancy Allen of Bronx, NY offering vintage magazines, covers & illustration art; Francis Bondy of Basking Ridge, NJ offering silver, art glass & porcelain; Laura Itkin of Farmington, MI offering fine jewelry & sterling silver; Susan Berman of Allentown, PA offering Art Deco ephemera; Paul Hamelberg of Brielle, NJ offering antique quilts, folk art & sports memorabilia; Chris Wolff of Morristown, NJ offering rare first editions, postcards and ephemera; Robert Brandow of Buxton, ME offering hand-painted porcelain & art pottery; and Greg Williams of Philadelphia, PA offering children’s series, art, music & history books. A special feature found only at Flamingo Shows will be verbal antique appraisals by well-known TV personality and appraiser; John Bruno from 1-4pm daily at $5 per item.
