We accept payments both in USD and Euro.
We usually work through international money transfer ( TT ) in three different stages:
1: Once our customer has placed the Order, we will charge a deposit equivalent to the 35% of the whole sum. When we receive the deposit, we will start the collection/restoration/production job.
2: Once all the furniture is ready, we care of the packaging and all the documents process related to the shipping; when we get the Bill of Lading, we will fax or E_mail the copy to our customer ASAP.
3: Our customer receives the copy of the Bill of Lading as a proof that the furniture in the container has left China;After we receive the remaining 65% of the total sum plus the shipping expenses and we will express all the original documents via TNT.
The most common way to ship furniture abroad is by sea. There are three different kind of containers according to their size:
1. 20 feet container: it has a capacity of 28 cubic meters and measures 5.89m(L)X2.35(W)X2.39(H).
2. 40 feet container: it has a capacity of 56 cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L)X2.35(W)X2.39(H).
3. High Cube 40 feet container: it has a capacity of 70 cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L)X2.35(W)X2.69(H).
A 20 feet container can load between 35 to 150 pcs of furniture & accessories.
A 40 feet container can load between 250 to 400 pcs of furniture & accessories.
These numbers are average estimation based on our personal shipping experience: it all depends on the pieces' size.
To calculate the cubic meters' volume, you just need to multiply the three furniture's dimensions, WxDxH; for example: if a cabinet is 70 cm wide (W), 40 cm deep (D) and 180 cm high (H), the operation is: 0.70x0.40x1.80 the results is 0.500 circa, that is a half cubic-meter.
Of course, this calculation doesn't take in consideration the fact that several furniture are not big "cubes" like the cabinet of the example: tables, chairs, etc. have space between the legs, armrests, etc. Not to mention the space left inside the cabinets, chests, coffers, etc. All these spaces can be filled with small items and accessories.
